Founder Nicole Murray has spent over a decade helping organizations thrive through operational excellence, project coordination, and community-based strategy. But her journey goes deeper than boardrooms and calendars—she’s also a licensed foster care resource parent in Clark County, providing stability, advocacy, and support to some of the most vulnerable children in our community.

Through CMPR Consulting, Nicole has created a platform not just to serve clients, but to uplift disadvantaged youth, equipping them with real-world skills and connecting them with resources in education, mental health, transportation, housing, and workforce readiness. Her work includes teaching young people how to survive and thrive in today’s economy by bridging them to the right organizations and opportunities.

Nicole’s diverse background includes roles as a care driver, youth mentor, and community event coordinator. She’s worked with nationally recognized brands and organizations such as the Las Vegas Raiders, Informa Markets, Reed Exhibitions, TMS (Transportation Management Services), and CES/Digital Health Summit, and Kaiser Permanente, bringing a high level of professionalism and precision to every engagement.
